After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Yes! You can add a note at checkout. We’ll handwrite or print it beautifully for you.
Yes! Prices and receipts are not included in the package. Tracking will be emailed to you, and you can add a personalised note at checkout.
We can’t guarantee an exact delivery date, but we will do our best to accommodate special requests. Leave a note at checkout or contact us directly.
For security reasons, we do not process payments over the phone. All orders must be placed securely through our website.

Yes. Discount codes are entered at checkout.
Contact info@perfectgift.com.au with your order number, a description, and clear photos. Must be reported within 7 days. Returns must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Faulty items may be refunded or exchanged within 7 days. Non-Refundable Items include - Personalised or custom-made gifts, Perishable or consumable items (food, candles, bath products), Earrings or body jewellery (hygiene reasons), Gift cards or digital vouchers, Opened or used products, Clearance or “final sale” items
Yes, as long as the order has not been dispatched or already picked up by the Post office. Contact us immediately.
Orders received before 12 PM AEDT Mon–Fri are dispatched the same business day. Orders after 12 PM or on weekends → next business day.
Yes. Pickup is next business day, Mon–Fri 9am–4pm. Location: Town Hall Station, Shop LG15/580 George St, Sydney NSW. Bring ID and order number.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once Australia Post collects your order.
Parcel Post: 2-4 days within the same state, 3-6 days interstate. Express: 1-2+ days same state, 1-3+ days interstate. (Estimates only)
